These certificates are intended for use when designing, installing and commissioning a Grade C, D or F fire detection and fire alarm system in accordance with the recommendations of BS 5839-6.
Please Note – these certificates are only available for customers who have purchased NICEIC Cert software or an additional licence.*
Please ensure you are using the correct BS5839-1 forms as BS 5839-1 was updated in April 2025.

Product Description
These certificates are to be used only for the design, installation and commissioning of a new fire detection and fire alarm system of Grade C, D or F, or for new work associated with an extension or modification (an alteration) to an existing fire detection and fire alarm system of one of those Grades, carried out in accordance with the requirements of BS 5839-6:2019 (as amended).
*Please Note – these certificates are only available for customers who have purchased NICEIC Cert software or an additional licence.
